R&D Society event booking: make a booking

To book, complete and submit this form. It will display a confirmation and invoice, with payment information. Payment may be made by cheque, credit or debit card, or by bank transfer (BACS/Direct Credit). The Society is not registered for VAT.

Where applicable, payment for dinner must be made in advance and cannot be refunded if cancellations are received after midday on the Wednesday in the week preceding the meeting - call to check dinner availability after this time.

Cancellations may be made at any time up until midday on the Wednesday in the week preceding the meeting. Refunds cannot be given after this, or in the event of non-attendance. Payment must be made in the event of non-attendance.
