Membership application form 2008

Membership is for a calendar year (1 January to 31 December). Membership is also available for a half-calendar year from 1 July to 31 December 2008.

For Individual, Retired or Student Membership, complete 'key name' only. If applying for Retired membership, you certify that you are substantially retired from remunerative activities and confirm that you are at least 60 years of age. To apply for Student membership, you must be enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited UK educational institution (eg college, university) - please send proof of status (eg a copy of a student id card, university website listing) by post or email.

For Corporate Membership, provide full contact details for the key contact name, and list up to four further employees to receive notices and the newsletter. All employees are entitled to attend meetings at the member rate and access the members’ room of our website. The name and website address of all Corporate members is listed on the Society's website.

Our preferred method of contact is by email, for meeting notices and news of the Society's activities. We do not sell your contact details on to other organisations. We circulate members’ contact details amongst members, including by publishing a members’ directory, only for our members. In order to comply with data protection regulations we have to ask your consent for this.
