Cancellation of orders
For event bookings
Payment for dinner must be made in advance and cannot be refunded if cancellations are received after midday on the Wednesday in the week preceding the meeting - call to check dinner availability after this time.
Cancellations may be made at any time up until midday on the Wednesday in the week preceding the meeting. Refunds cannot be given after this, or in the event of non-attendance. Payment must be made in the event of non-attendance.
For memberships
You may withdraw your membership application up to seven days after application. Please contact the R&D Society without delay if you would like to do so.
Any membership fees paid will be refunded, minus any discounts for meeting fee discounts or other membership benefits received.
For any other merchandise/reports
Purchases of individual copies of our magazine/newsletter may not be returned. All other orders for goods may be cancelled within seven days of receipt of the goods.
Please contact the R&D Society without delay if you would like to cancel your order. If you have received the goods, please return them to us in good condition. We will refund or return any payment processed.
