- The Industrial Research Institute (IRI) is a US-based business association of leaders in research and development (R&D) working together to enhance the effectiveness of technological innovation in industry.
- Innovation Relay Centre (Cordis) gives access to a major European resource for owners of innovative technology or those searching innovative solutions. There are currently eight IRCs in the UK whose aim is to assist companies universities and research institutes with the process of technology transfer and applying for EU funded collaborative R&D projects.
